Overview

Regional Sales Executive covers multiple states and specialties to align potential customer's needs with the appropriate service(s), driving the growth of new business, and efficient, effective communication both internally and externally.  The individual will be expected to maintain a strong customer service focus while driving growth in new business and adding services to current customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages and drives territory performance with a planned budget and balances customer needs with Company business objectives and target account plans.
  • Manages the customer relationship and implementation through the first 90 days, work with Client Engagement Executive on the master plan for beyond 90 days
  • Investigates and resolves customer complaints within the first 90 days of service on a timely basis, and within MediCopy’s policies and procedures
  • Contractual agreement items
  • Submits routine pipeline reports/forecasts in a timely manner
  • Prepares documents such as Proposals, Business Associates Agreements (BAA), and Service Agreements (SA) within company guidelines
  • Communicate with potential and new clients to gather information (see workflow roadmap), required for implementation, case studies, and future marketing initiatives
  • Maintain strong market and applications understanding and prospects for new business by studying markets and customer needs
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) and ability to effectively use Hubspot and Salesforce (CRM) software
  • Identify and attend relevant trade shows in support of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Overnight travel demands of 5-8% depending on geography

Education and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience managing sales territories

Detail orientated

Comfortable working with simultaneous deadlines

Proven record of success

Self Motivated and highly organized

Experience with CRM and marketing  

Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

 

Salary/Compensation

Base Pay of $40k-$50k + Commission
